Our Freaking Budget Weekly Wrap-Up

I actually wrote this post on Friday, the day the world was supposed to end. If you’re reading this, I guess the Mayans were wrong. If you’re not reading this, then I wasted a good half hour of my last day on Earth writing something that no one will ever read. I wish I had used that time eating fried okra, or getting in a high speed chase, or rock climbing. But I guess it’s too late for that now.

For all of humanity’s sake, I hope you’re reading this. And I hope the Mayans were just really, really bad at math.

We’re so excited to meet her! At least we assume “her.” Speaking of which, we probably need to dedicate a few solid hours to baby name brainstorming this weekend.

Thanks for being worth mentioning. And best of luck to Greg in finding the perfect gift this year.

Thanks for the mention! Also wanted to ask what you used to embed the music? I used to co-own a music blog and there was a great company that let you embed songs and playlists…iTunes bought them out and promptly shut them down.

Not a prob. I use Grooveshark for the song/playlist embedding. It’s not perfect with WordPress, but it does it’s job with a little tinkering. I miss Lala, too.

Ah yes, Lala was the name of that company. I’ve used Grooveshark but it’s been a while. Good to know they have embedding possibilities.

Thanks for the blog post mention! Wow 14 days! You must be excited slash nervous huh? 🙂

    • Reply Johnny December 22, 2012 at 1:28 pm

Mostly excited. A little nervous. A little “what did we get ourselves into?!” A little “I really hope she doesn’t get a combination of all of our bad features and traits.” But still, mostly excited. 🙂
